SharpEdge (getsharpedge.ai) provides sports betting analytics, odds data, arbitrage detection, and related content. See Section 9 for important disclaimers specific to this brand.
SmartMiles (smartmiles.ai) provides fitness analytics, training insights, and health-related content. See Section 10 for important disclaimers specific to this brand.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. For SharpEdge content and services, you must be at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal. We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under 13 years of age.
Some services require you to provide an email address or create an account through our third-party providers (Beehiiv, Gumroad). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid subscriptions (including the Signal Feed at $39-99/month and paid newsletters) automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the platform where you subscribed (Beehiiv or Gumroad).
You agree to provide accurate and current information when subscribing or purchasing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
All payments are processed through third-party providers (Stripe, Gumroad, Beehiiv). We do not directly store your credit card or payment information. Your use of these payment platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.
We reserve the right to change pricing for any subscription or product at any time. Price changes for existing subscriptions will take effect at the next billing cycle, and we will provide reasonable notice before changes apply.
We offer a 30-day refund policy for subscription services. If you are not satisfied with a subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal. Refund requests should be sent to jesse@wolfepack.ai.
Digital downloads (e.g., Gumroad products) are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or at our discretion.
If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid services until payment is resolved. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
All content on our websites -- including text, data, graphics, analysis, code, and branding -- is the property of Wolfepack AI LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Paid content (newsletters, signal feeds, digital products) is licensed to the individual subscriber and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our services, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback without obligation to you.
Portions of the content across all Wolfepack AI brands are generated, assisted, or enhanced by artificial intelligence systems. While we strive for accuracy:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOLFEPACK AI LLC, ITS OWNER, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wolfepack AI LLC, its owner, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at jesse@wolfepack.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
You may stop using our services at any time. You may cancel subscriptions through the platform where you subscribed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any of our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms, abusive conduct, or fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, your right to access paid content ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and Intellectual Property) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our websites with an updated "Last Updated" date. For subscribers, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any brand-specific disclaimers, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wolfepack AI LLC regarding your use of our services.
